Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing My Kingdom Stays.
Our desire is to provide a peaceful, welcoming environment where guests can experience rest, renewal, fellowship, reflection, and meaningful encounters with God. To ensure a positive experience for all guests, please review the following policies before making a reservation.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all reservation details and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Alternative arrangements may be available upon request and subject to availability.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The guesthouse accommodates a maximum of six (6) overnight guests unless prior approval has been granted.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight on the property.
VISITORS & GATHERINGS
Guests wishing to host gatherings, ministry meetings, recovery groups, prayer gatherings, or other organized activities must receive prior approval.
Attendance beyond registered overnight guests must be disclosed in advance.
Unauthorized events or gatherings are prohibited.
No alcohol-related parties, drinking parties, or events centered around alcohol consumption are permitted on the property. Communion wine used as part of a religious observance is acceptable.
OWNER-HOSTED PROPERTY DISCLOSURE
My Kingdom Stays is an owner-hosted retreat property.
The property owner resides on-site in a separate private living area and actively manages and maintains the property.
Guests are provided privacy and dedicated accommodations while understanding that the property is not marketed as a fully isolated or unattended rental property.
Certain retreat experiences may involve interaction with the owner during setup, coordination, maintenance, or retreat-related activities.
POOL POLICY
The pool is available seasonally and may be closed due to weather, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, or safety concerns.
Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM unless otherwise communicated by management.
To maintain a clean and safe swimming environment, the pool requires daily cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. Guests acknowledge that temporary interruptions in pool availability may occur to accommodate these necessary services.
Guests use the pool and surrounding deck area at their own risk.
No lifeguard is on duty.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests assume all responsibility for injuries or accidents associated with pool use.
The swimming pool may also be used for private baptisms by prior approval and in accordance with all applicable safety guidelines.
FIRE CIRCLE POLICY
Guests using the Fire Circle agree to exercise reasonable care and follow all safety instructions.
Fires must never be left unattended.
Fire usage may be restricted during periods of high wind, drought conditions, burn bans, or other safety concerns.
Access to specific retreat spaces and property grounds depends on the stay, retreat experience, or property-access option reserved. Not all retreat spaces are automatically included with every Guesthouse reservation.
THE SECRET PLACE
The Secret Place is intended for prayer, reflection, worship, Scripture reading, journaling, and quiet contemplation.
Guests are asked to respect the purpose of this space and be considerate of others who may be using it for personal reflection.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are not permitted inside the guesthouse.
Outdoor smoking may only be permitted in designated areas and must comply with all safety requirements.
Improper disposal of smoking materials is prohibited.
ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
Illegal drugs, unlawful activities, excessive intoxication, or behavior that disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of the property are strictly prohibited.
No alcohol-related parties, drinking games, or events focused primarily on alcohol consumption are permitted on the property. Communion wine used as part of a religious observance is acceptable.
My Kingdom Stays reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if guest behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of others.
PETS
Pets may be permitted only with prior approval.
Additional requirements, fees, and restrictions may apply.
Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from approved pets.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their group, invitees, or pets.
Any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
PARKING
Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
Guests must not block neighboring driveways, streets, sidewalks, gates, or emergency access routes.
WEATHER & ACTS OF GOD
My Kingdom Stays is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, power outages, internet outages, natural events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Certain outdoor retreat spaces may be unavailable due to weather conditions.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
My Kingdom Stays reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate a stay for violations of property policies, unlawful activity, unsafe behavior, or actions that negatively impact guests, neighbors, or the property.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Guests acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities, use of retreat spaces, use of the pool, use of the Fire Circle, and movement throughout the property involve inherent risks.
Guests voluntarily assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of members of their group.
My Kingdom Stays, Kingdom Principles 1st, LLC, its owners, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or other claims arising from a guest’s use of the property, except where prohibited by law.
